Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Utilize KPI tools to improve membership revenue.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and admin tasks.
