Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests at our Colorado locations. You will educate guests on wash, detail, and maintenance packages, drive memberships, and handle payments at the kiosk with a friendly, sales-minded approach.

You will work with the site team to deliver a best-in-class experience, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• Background check required by policy
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Driver’s license preferred (location dependent)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance, or other touchpoints)
• Identify customer needs through open-ended questions and listening
• Educate customers on wash, detail, and maintenance packages, highlighting features and value
• Educate customers on lube services where applicable, highlighting features and value
• Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs
• Present and explain promotions and incentives to encourage purchases
• Assist customers with kiosk payments and general inquiries
• Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report safety concerns
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth operations
• Perform routine cleaning/maintenance tasks (pit cleaning, vacuum areas, tunnel upkeep)
• Perform other duties to support site performance
