Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Littleton, CO location. You will be the first point of contact for guests, educating them on wash, detail, and lube options and driving membership and package sales at kiosks and entry points.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry points with enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs through questions and listening.
• Educate customers on wash, detail, and lube packages, highlighting features and value.
• Promote and sell memberships including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Present promotions and incentives to encourage purchases.
• Assist customers with payments at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and report issues.
• Collaborate with the site team to support smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks around the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
