Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Englewood, CO site. You will greet guests, assess needs, and educate on wash and detail packages to upsell memberships and services. This role emphasizes a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with strong teamwork.

You can expect to work at entry touchpoints, manage payments at kiosks, and help maintain a clean, safe site. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check per policy and laws.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude at entry.
• Identify customer needs through open-ended questions and listening.
• Educate customers on wash/detail packages, highlighting value and benefits.
• Educate on lube packages where offered, highlighting value.
• Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Present promotions to encourage additional purchases and assist with payments.
• Overcome objections professionally to guide customers to best solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth operations; perform duties as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep a safe environment.
