Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Colorado sites to greet guests, educate on wash and lube services, and promote memberships while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Ideal candidates are sales- and service-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable using kiosks and POS systems. This role supports a busy car wash and lube center operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry with enthusiasm and explain services.
• Promote and sell memberships including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Process payments at kiosk and answer general questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe site and report any issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth site operations.
