Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must pass a background check per company policy and applicable laws.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance, etc).
• Identify customer needs through questions and active listening.
• Educate customers on wash/detail and membership options, highlighting features and value.
• Promote and sell memberships (Fast Pass, Unlimited) and current promotions.
• Assist customers with payments at the kiosk and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth operations and duties as needed.
