Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an experienced e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, phone, and in-person interactions in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and shepherd buyers from digital contact to in-store experiences, delivering exceptional customer service across channels.

You’ll join a large national retailer with competitive benefits, training, and opportunities for growth into finance, management, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation's standards of productivity
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions
• Guide customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience while providing exceptional service
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and financing options
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and dealer policies to support recommendations
