You will handle reservations, vehicle pickup and returns, process payments, and meet sales goals while delivering friendly, accurate service and maintaining records. Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry, typing, and MS Word/Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service throughout the customer journey from booking to return.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, rates, and available services clearly.
• Process payments, prepare rental agreements, and maintain records.
• Engage customers in consultative sales and recommend protection products and upgrades.
• Meet or exceed individual and location sales goals.
