Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Roswell, NM to greet members and fulfill Emerald Aisle needs throughout the rental process. You will help customers select vehicles, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a welcoming environment at the counter.

The role emphasizes friendly, helpful service and accurate handling of rental documentation, with a focus on speed and customer satisfaction in a busy rental setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service or retail experience.
• Current and valid driver's license with minimal moving violations and no recent DUI/DWI.
• Must live in Roswell, NM area or plan to relocate within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and answers questions based on needs and requests by brand.
• Identifies customers by name and verifies rental agreement/reservation.
• Ensures a smooth rental process and assists with exchange and return of vehicles.
• Resolves issues to maintain customer loyalty in a fair manner.
• Prepares and reviews rental documents and charges at return.
• Provides directions and local information to customers.
• Maintains counter appearance and keeps supplies stocked.
• Attends to customers in queue to minimize wait times.
