Job summary

National Car Rental at Albuquerque International Sunport is seeking an Exit Booth Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service at the airport rental counter. You will greet customers, process rental documents, verify vehicle information, and assist Emerald Aisle members with options and directions from the booth.

This full-time position includes a 6am-3pm schedule, paid time off, employee rental discounts, a retirement plan with matching profit sharing, health and life, dental and vision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service retail or administrative experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work the 6am-3pm schedule listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option.
• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image.
• Ensure that Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet customer needs.
• Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting at the exit booth.
• Greet all customers with eye contact and a friendly hello.
• Thank customers at the conclusion of all transactions.
• Assist customers with directions, maps and local information; resolve issues as needed.
• Perform other customer service related duties to meet service levels.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Exit Booth Agent. The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

This pay for this position starts at $16.00 / hour. This role also has the opportunity to receive a monthly performance based bonus!

This position is located at the Albuquerque Airport (ABQ), Rental Car Area- 3400 University Blvd Suite K Albuquerque, NM 87119.

Schedules Available

• 6am-3pm: Sunday-Thursday (Off: Friday & Saturday)
• 6am-3pm: Wednesday-Sunday (Off: Monday & Tuesday)

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
