Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Santa Fe, NM. You will greet customers, assist with Emerald Aisle vehicle selection, and ensure smooth rental transactions. Duties include answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a neat service area.

Requirements include 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Relocation to Santa Fe within 30 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must currently live in the Santa Fe, NM area or plan to relocate within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service for all rental brands.
• Assist in Emerald Aisle program guidance and vehicle selection.
• Prepare rental documents and ensure accuracy of the rental process.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and maintain a neat, organized counter area.
