Enterprise Mobility, operator of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Montgomery Airport location. The role focuses on friendly, efficient transactions, explaining rental terms, features, and services to customers, and guiding the rental process from start to finish.

You will greet customers, handle reservations and inquiries, manage returns, and support management with service opportunities while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features and other services.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, local area information, and service details.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and resolutions for customers and vendors.
• Notify management of any customer or vehicle issues and participate in training opportunities.
