The position pays $17.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 2 years of customer service or sales experience. Shifts vary: Thu–Sun or Fri–Mon, with a 45-minute commute.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Live within a 45-minute commute of the rental location.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work one of the scheduled shifts listed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Use approved sales techniques to offer add-ons.
• Provide directions and local information.
• Handle reservations, quotes, and inquiries via phone.
• Place callbacks for follow-ups and assigned calls.
• Inspect vehicle condition upon return.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues.
• Pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities.
• Perform backup duties as assigned.
• Aim to improve job performance through self‑assessment.
