Enterprise Mobility, operator of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at Gulf Shores. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and guide them through the rental process to ensure a smooth experience.

The position pays from $18.80 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities and offers benefits such as PTO, insurance, and retirement plans. Located at Gulf Shores International Airport (GUF).

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of continuous customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle options.
• Assist customers with reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Help with directing customers, maps, and local information as needed.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
