Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking friendly Customer Service Agents to manage the front-line experience. You will handle vehicle prep, line readiness, and smooth returns, ensuring accuracy in checkout processes and clear charges explanations.

You will assist customers in locating vehicles, moving cars through the lot, and guiding them with luggage. The role also covers exit booth duties and end-of-rental documentation with a focus on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• As a Ready Line Agent: maintain a clean, organized ready line area.
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, prepped, and ready for customer pick-up.
• Inspect vehicles for quality standards and pull any needing servicing.
• Facilitate exchanges, swaps, or upgrades per customer requests.
• Confirm an adequately completed checkout slip accompanies each vehicle.
• Assist customers in locating their rental vehicle and with luggage when needed.
• Support the flow of vehicles by moving and parking them as required.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.
• As a Return Agent: greet customers, inspect returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel.
• Secure keys and remove personal belongings; notify management of issues.
• Review the final rental contract and explain charges.
• As an Exit Booth Agent: verify rental agreements, greet customers, scan documents.
• Obtain signatures on the checkout slip and keep the booth clean.
• Provide local information and send customers off safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
