Responsibilities

• Inspect returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel levels; secure keys and remove belongings.
• Review final rental contract with customers and explain charges clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized ready line area and ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped for pickup.
• Assist customers in locating their rental cars and help with luggage as needed.
