Fox Rent A Car is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent at the JFK area to ensure a smooth rental experience for every guest. You will greet customers, prep vehicles, manage the ready line, and assist with exits and returns while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a friendly demeanor, and strong problem-solving skills to support customers throughout the rental journey.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Ready Line Agent: maintain a clean, organized area; ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped; assist with vehicle exchanges and ensure checkout slips accompany vehicles; help customers locate vehicles and manage luggage; move and park cars as needed.
