Fox Rent A Car Inc. is hiring Ready Line, Return, or Exit Booth Agents in Las Vegas. You will help create positive customer experiences, keep the ready line area tidy, inspect vehicles, and assist with exchanges or upgrades. A valid driver’s license and strong people skills are required.

The role involves greeting customers, guiding them through the checkout and return processes, and maintaining organized paperwork to ensure smooth vehicle flow within the facility.

• Ability to troubleshoot with a smile and stay patient.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized ready line area.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, prepped, and ready for pickup.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and pull nonconforming units for servicing.
• Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, swaps, or upgrades.
• Confirm checkout slips accompany each vehicle and assist with luggage as needed.
• Greet returning customers warmly and inspect vehicles for damage, mileage and fuel.
• Explain charges and review final rental contracts with customers.
• Verify signatures and maintain organized paperwork at the exit booth.
