Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is hiring for an on-site Customer Service role in Atlanta. You will serve as both a Ready Line Agent and a Return Agent, ensuring vehicles are clean, prepped, and ready for customers while handling returns with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, verifying fuel and mileage, explaining charges, and assisting customers with locating cars and luggage as needed. A friendly, patient approach is essential, along with a valid driver's license and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer-service mindset with a friendly demeanor requested.

Responsibilities

• As a Return Agent, warmly welcome returning customers; inspect vehicles for damage, record mileage, and verify fuel levels.
• Secure keys and ensure personal items are removed; report any mechanical issues to management.
• Review final rental contracts with customers and clearly explain all charges.
