Job summary

Fox Rent A Car in Atlanta is seeking a friendly Customer Service Agent to be the face of the brand. In this on-premise role, you will help prepare vehicles, greet customers, manage the exit booth, and ensure a smooth rental experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized ready line area and ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for pickup.
Assist customers in locating their rental vehicle and help with luggage when necessary; support vehicle exchanges or upgrades.
Inspect returned vehicles for damage, mileage, fuel, and complete required paperwork; explain charges to customers.
