• Inspect returned vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel levels; secure keys and remove personal belongings; report issues to management.
• As a Ready Line Agent, ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared, inspect quality, and assist with exchanges or upgrades; handle checkout slips and guide customers to vehicles.
