AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor in Tempe, AZ to bridge the service team and customers. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and clearly explain technician recommendations while identifying up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities include scheduling, achieving sales and CSI goals, coordinating with technicians and parts staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals; sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs based on information and walk-arounds.
• Explain technician recommendations in clear language and identify up-sell opportunities.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates and transparent communication.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction and maintain technical knowledge.
