Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Capture Director for the National Intelligence Sector to lead cross-functional capture teams and steer win strategies from qualification through proposal submission.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will coordinate with proposal centers, solutions architects, and P&L leaders to secure contract wins within the Intelligence Community markets. The role requires 5+ years in the IC/DoD with 3+ years in capture, strong leadership in a matrixed

Qualifications

5+ years of Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience.
3+ years of capture-related experience with a proven track record of winning new and re-compete business.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead matrixed capture teams to develop and execute discriminating win strategies from qualification through proposal and award.
Define compelling win strategies including customer engagement, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
Coordinate with proposals, solutions architects, and stakeholders to ensure milestones and quality during solution development.
Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and industry partners to position GDIT effectively.
