ITCON Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven Capture Manager to lead and manage federal capture efforts for Civilian and DoW opportunities. The role combines strategy development with hands-on pipeline management and customer engagement, working across BD, proposals, and operations in a hybrid Tyson's Corner, Vienna, VA setting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Federal capture management, U.S. citizenship, and strong knowledge of FAR regulations and DHS/DoW missions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Federal capture management experience, DHS/DoW preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, procurement processes and DHS/DoW missions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies for Federal Civilian and DoW opportunities.
• Manage capture pipeline and align opportunities with growth objectives.
• Engage with decision-makers and participate in industry events.
• Support proposal development with strategic guidance and leadership.
