Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) is seeking a Captive Executive to drive growth in the US market, building new agency relationships and strategic partnerships. You’ll educate clients on captive strategies, lead market expansion initiatives, and partner with leaders to shape long-term risk financing solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, independence, and the ability to travel up to 50% to meet executives, owners, and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance, business development, consulting, captive insurance, or related field.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred; licensing required or obtainable within 3 months.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies within assigned territories.
• Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative sales efforts.
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
