Baker Tilly is seeking a Consulting Manager within the Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice to deliver capital project and real estate solutions across the United States. You will combine construction auditing, project management, and real estate strategy to provide high-value, practical recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases: planning, pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, reporting, closeout; real estate portfolio management, lease administration, operations.
• Experience conducting contract compliance audits and performance monitoring for public/private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of construction and real estate management processes, controls and compliance to identify improvements.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for adherence to terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews and reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients and contractors to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support real estate and capital project lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with business objectives.
