Baker Tilly is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead construction and real estate advisory work for U.S. clients. You will perform program reviews, cost audits, and real estate assessments while expanding industry knowledge and client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and delivering comprehensive, best-practice solutions across capital projects and real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Knowledge of both construction and real estate environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing reports.
• Experience in contract compliance audits and real estate portfolio management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate management reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess construction contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance for compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork, data collection, site visits, and documentation; prepare reports for clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal, and stakeholders to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting

CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE is preferred
