Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in construction or real estate consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in contract cost audits, real estate portfolio management, and leasing.
• Strong communication and client-facing report writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Review construction and real estate processes, controls, and compliance.
• Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance.
• Provide recommendations to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork, data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal, clients, and contractors.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with objectives.
