You will conduct program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments, delivering best-practice consulting tailored to capital projects and real estate operations.

You'll grow your industry knowledge, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and real estate advisory across capital projects.
• Knowledge of construction phases: planning, pre-construction, procurement, cost estimating, and closeout.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments.
• Provide best-practice consulting tailored to capital projects and real estate operations.
• Develop industry knowledge and client relationship expertise to support integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to support project oversight.
• Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel up to 25% to support client engagements.
