You will deliver best-practice consulting and develop industry knowledge while supporting capital projects and real estate operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients, with opportunities to advance client relationships and outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, real estate advisory, or related fields.
• Knowledge of construction phases and real estate portfolio management, lease administration, and property operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce client-facing reports and audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of construction and real estate management processes, controls, and compliance.
• Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance for adherence to terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, and contractors.
• Support real estate and capital project lifecycle from acquisition to disposition, aligned with business goals.
