Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Consulting Manager to join its Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice across the United States. The role focuses on construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments to deliver integrated solutions.

You will lead fieldwork, coordinate with project teams, and present findings to clients while developing industry knowledge and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Strong knowledge of construction phases, contract administration, and cost estimation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare client reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of construction and real estate management processes and controls.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to increase transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork including site visits, data collection, and client-ready reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with business objectives.
