Baker Tilly US, a leading advisory firm, seeks a Consulting Manager for Construction and Real Estate Advisory across the United States. You will perform construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments, delivering best-practice consulting tailored to capital projects and real estate operations.

Collaboration with project managers, asset managers, and legal counsel is essential to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting; CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases including planning, pre-construction, procurement, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, project reporting and closeout; real estate portfolio management and lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews and analyses of construction and real estate processes, controls and compliance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities including data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients and contractors to support oversight, risk mitigation and dispute resolution.
• Support clients through real estate and capital project lifecycles—from acquisition to operations and disposition.
