Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields.
• Experience across planning, pre-construction, procurement, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, reporting, closeout, and real estate portfolio management.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, PE preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce audit work papers and client reports.
• Travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate reviews and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, reporting findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, contractors, and clients.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with business objectives.
