Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Consulting Manager for the Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice in the United States. The role performs program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments for capital projects and portfolios.

You will develop industry knowledge, provide best-practice consulting, and collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions addressing construction and real estate

Qualifications

Minimum of five years in construction or real estate advisory with cross-disciplinary experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field; professional certifications preferred.
Strong communication, reporting, and client-facing skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Review construction and real estate processes, controls, and compliance.
Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, reporting.
Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal, clients, and contractors.
Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition, aligning with objectives.
