Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments across the U.S. You will develop industry knowledge, provide best-practice consulting, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated capital projects and portfolio solutions.

You will oversee fieldwork, data collection, interviews, and reporting, while guiding project teams to ensure timely, within-scope engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or Accounting.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate management process reviews to identify improvements.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate leases, and capital project performance for contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork including data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support lifecycle activities from acquisition to disposition aligning with business objectives.
