C.H. Robinson Company is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Representative in Memphis, TN to blend inside sales, account management and operations, building a carrier portfolio to match shipments with the right truck, timing and price.

The role includes onboarding, top-tier training, and a competitive base salary with monthly bonuses, plus four days in-office and one remote day per week, with internal promotion opportunities across Sales, Global Forwarding and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; capable of building carrier relationships and negotiating terms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage accounts while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Monitor account activity, identify inactive or underutilized accounts, and reactivate them.
• Post, negotiate, and secure available capacity to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates, problem resolution, and operational execution.
