Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Representative to blend inside sales, account management, and operations.

You will grow and manage a portfolio of carriers, match the right truck to the right shipment, and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment. The role offers a dynamic onboarding program, top-tier training, and a balanced hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration four days a week and one remote day.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, account management, or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Learn about carriers’ goals, preferences, and capabilities to maximize relationships.
• Monitor account activity and reactivate inactive or underutilized accounts.
• Support capacity procurement and analyze freight market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Post, negotiate, and secure available capacity to meet customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address carrier issues promptly.
