You will engage customers, explain products and consumption methods, and help select safe, effective regimens while maintaining a positive, compliant store environment. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but 21+ age and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, retail preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with cannabis laws and company regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

• Engage and assist customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each customer’s needs.

• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure compliant store operations.
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and store presentable.
• Maintain hard copy files as required.
