Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a retail dispensary, explain products and methods of use, and tailor recommendations to individual needs. You will maintain a positive, compliant store environment and support management in daily operations.

Requirements include at least 1 year of customer service, 21+ years old, and the ability to work varied shifts. Prior cannabis experience is not required, and valid ID is necessary.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends).
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older; pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with cannabis regulations; prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on individual needs and knowledge of GTI products.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist management in store operations.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store presentation.
