You will support store operations, maintain stock, process POS transactions, and stay current on cannabis products and regulations while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with all cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, patient- and customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations to ensure compliance.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and presentable, and follow security procedures.
• Maintain records and assist in various duties as assigned.
