Green Thumb is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in our dispensary retail environment. You will educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety, and recommend appropriate regimens to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in specialty, retail
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends
• Reliable, responsible attendance required
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks for cannabis employment
• Have a valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with cannabis regulations

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist customers in a retail cannabis setting
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store policies
• Keep the sales floor stocked and store presentable
• Maintain records as required
• Follow security and safety procedures
