Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in a retail cannabis setting. You will educate customers on products, safety, and consumption methods, and recommend personalized regimens rooted in product knowledge.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate orders, supporting management, and upholding regulatory compliance while maintaining a welcoming, professional sales floor environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Able to work mornings, days, nights, and weekends per business needs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods, and safety as part of interactions.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs and knowledge of GTI products.
• Promote a positive, communicative, patient/customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations to ensure compliance and smooth daily activities.
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced.
• Maintain stocked sales floor and store presence; keep areas clean and compliant.
• Maintain hard copy files as required.
• Follow security measures and safety procedures.
