Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in our dispensary experience, offering product knowledge and safe consumption guidance. You will educate patients, assist with orders, and help maintain a compliant, welcoming retail environment.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, interacting with customers daily, supporting management, and upholding safety and privacy standards. Training will cover product details and cannabis regulations to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; preference for retail experience in cannabis or specialty products.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older with valid ID or driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients/customers in a retail cannabis setting with product recommendations and education.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and safety procedures.
• Verify deliveries and support daily store operations to maintain smooth function.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the dispensary.
• Follow security and privacy procedures and protect patient information.
• Complete duties at assigned workstations across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
