Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with all local/state regulations.
• Background check and state badging as directed.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as a wellness product.
• Build rapport with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and storefront.
• Assist with online order accuracy and POS transactions in a compliant manner.
