FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and educational guidance. You will assist customers and patients in navigating cannabis products for wellness, while maintaining compliance and accurate order processing.

The role emphasizes ongoing learning about cannabinoids and product applications, with duties spanning greeting customers, stocking, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging may be required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use computers and printers (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as wellness items.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide information on product types, methods, and efficacy (no medical advice).
• Pursue ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup.
• Understand and apply local/state compliance regulations.
