Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and provide educational consulting on cannabis products. You will assist with patient record management where applicable and support a fast-paced retail team.

Greet customers, educate on product options and usage, and ensure compliant transactions and accurate order processing. Maintain store cleanliness, assist with stock Display replenishment, and collaborate with managers and colleagues to promote

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
Must be 21+ and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
Must undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
Educate customers on cannabis products, their types, methods and usage (without medical advice).
Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
Ensure accurate online orders prior to pickup and assist with inventory checks and display replenishment.
Follow detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and store front; support managers as needed.
