Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage customers at our dispensary in Eagan, MN. You will guide patients through GTI products, explain consumption methods, and ensure safe, compliant use while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, educating on cannabis products, verifying orders, maintaining store presentation, and supporting management to ensure operations comply with state regulations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each customer’s needs
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain compliance with applicable rules and regulations and store operations
