Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry regulations.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a retail cannabis environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend suitable regimens based on customer needs and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and ensure store presence.
• Assist in verifying deliveries and supporting daily store operations.
• Follow security and safety compliance procedures.
