Job summary

GTI is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to guide customers in our Clearwater dispensary. You will educate customers on products, assist with selections, and ensure a safe, compliant shopping experience.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and adherence to cannabis regulations, with opportunities for growth and teamwork. Ideal candidates have prior retail experience, flexible availability including weekends, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to customer care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Must possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for cannabis industry work
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens based on individual needs and stay updated on product knowledge
• Promote a positive, patient/customer-oriented store atmosphere
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure compliant store operations
