Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a schedule with varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be compliant with all cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
